Would definitely recommend. Easy to use.I’m pretty mediocre at doing hair but I love this tool. Easy to use. I didn’t even need to read how to use it, just went for it and it turned out great. Very happy with this purchase. My hair is relatively thin but down to my waist and took me about 15 minutes to do my whole head.

Amazing waves!i bought this for a wedding rehearsal dinner. i love the waves this iron makes. they are beautiful. i had another iron from another brand that cost much more, but i returned the expensive iron and kept this one. it was a much better price but also much better wave pattern in the hair. now i need to buy my daughter one for her bday before she swipes this one from me.

The only problem is that, even on low setting, it’s hot enough to put an obnoxious line where you start. Okay for underneath the hair. On the top layer you might need to wait until the barrel is cooling off to finish.

Don’t get burned…Overall it’s a good wave iron…but you had better be careful because you will burn yourself. There’s no protection from the hot iron and not even a little stand to hold it up off the counter while heating up. I have burned myself several times, like really burned, leaving a mark then a scab on my forehead and also a place on my desk and discolored a towel that I used under it while it was heating up. Just please be careful when using this wave curling iron.

Waves fall out and uncomfortable to useFirstly, my hair holds curl well and already has a natural wave to it. But this particular product does not set the wave well and falls out quickly for me. It also made my hair frizzy. I find it difficult to use because of its weight and the indentation where your finger rests as you use it has little raised circles that I guess are for grip. But I just find them very uncomfortable and it made my thumb sore.
