Conair is a great product. My first set of hot rollers lasted 15 years before dying. All their products seem to be well made and last a long time. I have their hair dryer and it great.

Not as advertisedthe advertisement shows metal pins in addition to the cheap plastic clips. ive honestly bought better quality clips from dollar tree. i didn’t receive any metal clips. i fully expected to receive them and am very upset i didn’t. that means after these cheap plastic clips break, I’ll be left with no way to hold them in my hair without additional purchaces. They do heat up quickly.

Metal pins not included.I like Conair and have used their Big Curls for years. That being said, I am SUPER DISAPPOINTED that the metal hair pins that are pictured and also described as included on the website do not come with this hairsetter. I literally ordered this from Ulta and returned it because it didn’t include the metal pins as described and now Walmart has the same issue!!! Good lord, is there a nation wide metal hairpin shortage?! Thankfully I have a few of them left from my old set.
But buyer beware, if you’re looking for the metal pins, you will have to order them separately. Walmart, you should change your product description and be clear about what is included!

This was advertised in two different paragraphs to include 12 flexable metal clips! It also was to include a bonus of 12 plastic clips. I purchased it for the metal clips, which were missing in the package! I’m so disappointed, and it cost me $9 to order metal clips.
