Easy to useI bought this the first week in January and I’m already in love. It’s the only hair device I use anymore. I love the curling attachment. It’s super easy to use. 100% worth the money. I was not payed either to try this product.

great blow dryerthis is probably one of the best blow dryers I have ever owned. I have very fine hair. It gives me volume and just makes my hair look great. All the attachments are very useful and the bag to put them is is great for travel

Missing step in the directions.I really like the product. The directions were not very good. They left out a very important detail in the step of how to connect the attachments. I called customer service and they were very helpful. The directions needed more detail.

I really wanted to like this tool, but the attachments kept falling off as I would use it. I have read other reviews saying the same thing. Has the potential to be a great tool, but I think this needs to be worked on a little bit.

Wanted to love but had to returnI really wanted to love this product, but had to return it. I had bought one for myself and my mom. All the pieces seemed sturdy and the base seemed like it would be easy to hold and maneuver while styling. Unfortunately, when I plugged it in and turned it on, it made my bathroom lights flicker, and that made me too nervous to continue using. My mother, who lives in a totally separate house had the exact same experience in her bathroom – flickering lights when the product was turned on. Not sure why, but we both agreed that was enough for us to return the dryers.
