After contacting Dyson regarding the issue, they initially offered assistance. However, their stance changed when I provided the hair dryer’s serial number, revealing it as counterfeit. This experience highlighted significant concerns, including missing attachments and a plug lacking necessary safety features (GFCI), posing a fire hazard. I promptly returned the product and received a refund. It’s crucial to exercise caution when purchasing such items. Subsequently, I reordered the authentic Dyson Dryer, which exhibited distinct differences in appearance and quality.

Don’t not purchase this product it is sold as Dyson but is a counterfeit. I found this out by having an issue with the hair dryer and contacting Dyson directly for a warranty claim. Dyson video called and confirmed it was counterfeit
