Helen of Troy Tangle-Free Hot Air Brush ( 1579 / 3/4″ inch)

Loved the price and speed of delivery. However, I ordered the Helen of Troy hot air brush with the blue handle and white bristles. What I received was some other hot air tool with dark handle and dark bristles. Online picture, description and ordre placed was completely different to what actually was delivered. Immediately returned the misrepresented item.

I did not get Helen of Troy Brush.They sent me Hot Tools hot air brush.I am not satisfied and would like the Helen of Troy that I did order and payed for.

Description wasn’t correct !I think this seller intentionally sold the items know they were not as described in the ad! Ordered two of them in different sizes and both were not what I thought I was ordering ! They were supposed to to be hot air brushes (both of them) and neither one was ! They were curling irons ! I can’t leave a good review on this seller !

Not what I orderedI did not receive the blue and white Helen of Troy that I ordered. Instead I received an all black Hot Tools. No explanation about the switch of my order

Not What I OrderedI am I ordered a Helen Of Troy Air hair dryer. I receive pictures of exactly what I thought I had ordered and said it was being delivered. The picture was like the one I had on in the past. Today I got my delivery and it was nothing like what I ordered. I received a black airbrush labeled hot Tools Pro Artist. I cannot believe that you advertised a picture and the name of a product that apparently you didn’t even have. I am totally disgusted, and would return what I received, but I’m not gonna waste more money on postage after of throwing money away on a product I didn’t even want. Trust me I will not order from you again. I felt you were reliable because I ordered it through walmart.com. I also plan to let Walmart know they are advertising products that are not what they seem to be.
