Hair gets snagged and pulled outI really enjoy this blow dryer set. The only issues I have is if my hair gets close to the area you connect each piece onto the unit, it snags and pulls my hair out. It bugs me a lot. I have had to practice with the curlers set to figure out how to get nice curls but once you figure it out, it’s easy. When using the round brush, my hair dries very fast. Always a really nice blowout afterwards. Got it on sale and definitely worth the price I paid but not worth the $150 price tag. It usually is in my opinion. My sister bought one a few months before me and said hers started to get disconnected. The brush part would get unhooked and come off the blow dryer part. She stated she didn’t have issues with the hair pulling so seems like everyone in the reviews also has different things happening. Hopefully mine will last longer than hers.

The attachments do not lock very tightly. Sometimes, it will even fall off while using. I love the idea, and when it works, it is a 5 star. However, even with my thin hair, if i pull towards the unknown position, it unlocks.
Note: I have other hair products with removable attachments and this does not happen.

Attachment unlocks from main wandI love the brush, but the “locking” of the attachments comes loose while I dry my hair. Once I roll it a certain way, it unlocks from the main wand. I don’t know if that’s supposed to happen but can’t imagine why. Got this when it was on sale and now I wonder if that’s why.

Problem with locking mechanismDryer attachments do not attach securely and pop off regularly. My stylist confirmed there is a problem with the attachment locking mechanism.
