No instructions, but it was an easy set up. But, to raise or lower shelf height is to turn 180, not flip, but turn.
Quiet operation compared to the older ones from 20 years ago. Nice.

Easy To UseI am a beginner, and i am glad i started with this model because it is so easy to use. I have used it for all sorts of fruits and have had great success.

rectangle is better than round.i like the rectangular shape, its easy to load with meat stripes for making jerky. way better then round trays.

RecommendVery easy to use. The temperature dial really helps. Easy to clean. All the trays really makes it easy to dehydrate a larger quantity overnight. Can not beat the price point

Very disappointed.Fairly quiet. I bought silicone mats to reduce food sticking. Ran three batches of apples and bananas. 14 hours each and it worked well at 120 F. Tried one batch of Jerky at 140 F for 12 hours and the fan motor melted the inner portion of the dehydrator.
I really expected more than 4 days of operation out of this unit.
