works greatlove I can straighten or curl my hair with one tool. It glides so effortlessly no snagging the hair. The fan was a nice added feature as well. The only thing I kinda didn’t like was where the buttons were but If your thinking about getting one, DO it. you won’t be disappointed. ❤️ my straightener.

Happy with purchaseHad to give it a few tries before getting the hang of it but I also have very long hair. Now it is magical. Haven’t had it very long but definitely am glad I purchased it. I made sure to get the longer barreled one since I have long hair. Tried another one with many reviews from Amazon and the grip was way too tight. This is one was spot on.

Love it for long hairLove how it sets the curls in. My hair. But it doesn’t just roll easily through the hair. I have problems with it pulling. My hair is long and layered, down to the center of my back. Maybe I just need practice. Otherwise I love it. I washed, put a leave in conditioner and a heat protector in before I dried with a defuser. Then I put more heat protector in and went at it. Just a little hairspray after, ran my fingers through it and off I went. The next morning it still looked beautiful after sleeping with it back in a loose bun. I had a nice wave still through day 3 as well. Washed again day 4 but if you’re one that doesn’t wash as frequently you might be able to get another day of not doing much with it. I’m in love with it. I like a nice wave but don’t want to have to mess with it constantly. I have beautiful hair but it’s not the most important thing in my life. This tool makes my life SO much easier.

Not newI ordered this item as a Christmas gift for my daughter, and it looks used, or maybe a previously returned item. The box it’s packaged in has fingerprints that do not wipe off. It does not close properly and has a stickiness where it seems a sticker had been peeled off. Inside the box, there is a rip in the packaging where the cord is stored, and the cord itself looks like it’s been previously uncoiled and recoiled. I would be embarrassed to give it as a “new” gift and will be returning. It is unfortunate because I’ve been very excited to give this to her and was going to even order one for myself after seeing all of the great videos on facebook. Very disappointing.

This iron was smooth BUT holding it was dangerous! Where the temp buttons are, you keep turning it up and up and up while using it by accident! I was terrified I was going to burn off my waist length hair! Totally unacceptable! I’m returning this! Two Thumbs Down!
